Working with Mr. Quijada is truly enjoyable. His warmth and enthusiasm are contagious. Combined with his integrity, sense of humor, native charm, and nobility (he is a descendant of a Mayan princess), it’s not surprising that he has earned the admiration and friendship of a long list of very satisfied clients.

Before entering the design world, Mr. Quijada was a Professor of Mathematics, Languages, and History at two universities in his native Honduras. He also taught grammar school. Just before
Mr. Quijada came to the United States, he was a student in medical school. After he arrived in New York, he focused his energies in other areas that he always loved: architecture, art, and design. He attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, Parsons, and the New School of Interior Design in New York, becoming one of Manhattan’s premiere interior designers.
